November 5, 2014 We wanted a security system that put us in control, rather than having to rely on an expensive third party monitoring company with a long term contract. After contacting multiple security system providers, we decided on 24inControl. 24inControl provided great customer support (without the pushy sales tactics many alarm companies use) every step of the way, from helping us determine our needs, to setting up our security system, and explaining the many interactive features available through the Alarm.com app. The support staff are extremely knowledgable about the system and we appreciate the extra effort they made in making sure our system was working properly during the initial set up phase.
